Girona got a fought and a prestigious win at Montilivi against Valladolid (2-1), a talented team that aspires to promote to First Division and played a good football during the second half.
The local team dominated the first half and the right back Sebas Coris made the opener with a brilliant and powerful shot with his left foot (26').
After the half time, Valladolid reacted but a own goal of its goalkeeper Pau Torres (80') gave Girona the victory. Raúl de Tomàs scored the definitive 2-1 in the last minute.
