Aris Thessaloniki goalkeeper Julian Cuesta qualified with the Greek team for the Europa League preliminary rounds.
The Andalusian goalkeeper is a key player of the Hellenic club and has completed his excellent year with the initial goal at the beginning of the season which was to return to play the continental competition next year. In this new opportunity, the Greek team will fight to overcome this preliminary round and be in the final tournament, something they did not achieve this year after losing in overtime against Molde FK in the second leg.
Julian played a total of 39 games this season and has completed 13 clean sheets. His place as a starter is indisputable since he arrived in 2018. The Granada goalkeeper played 74 matches in all competitions and the club knows that his renovation is vital in order to secure good results in the coming years.
