The international winger Claudio Major has become a new SC Olhanense player for one season.
The Portuguese player has joined ‘Leones de Olhão’ after ended his contract with CD Feirense, a team that defended the last months of competition before the break due to Covid-19.
Major signed until June 2021 with the 'black-and-red' team, which plays in the renewed Portuguese Championship, the third level of Portuguese football. The team will fight for the dreamed promotion to LigaPro, the current 2nd Division, or Terceira Liga, a competition of 24 teams from all over the country, which will be created with the best teams from the Portuguese Championship in the 20-21 season and which will be born in the Portuguese football system in the 21-22 season.
Claudio Major is an international player with Portugal and was formed in FC Porto and Girona FC academies. He is a skillful winger, good 1vs1 and very fast. He likes to start from the changed wing to get into the center space and shoot. An interesting move in his career that can help him continue to grow as a football player.
