Manchester City of Pep Guardiola beat Manchester United 0-2 at Old Trafford and reached the Carabao Cup final for the fourth season in a row.
The citizen team has dyed the Mancunian derby with the blue colour thanks to goals from John Stones and Fernandinho in the second time. In the final, which will be played on April 25th at Wembley, they will meet Tottenham Hotspur of José Mourinho, who also won Brentford 2-0 in another semifinal.
The Catalan coach has lifted the title on the three times he has reached the final and now has the chance to win the fourth Carabao Cup trophy consecutively. A triumph next April in London would give Pep the chance to lift the 30th title of his career as a coach and match Valeri Lobanovski (30) as the third-most trodden manager in history. The podium is completed by Martim Lucescu (32) and Sir Álex Ferguson (49).
