Ramis is a new MBSCoach

Ex-football player and current coach Luis Miguel Ramis joins Media Base Sports family.

Luis Miguel Ramis Monfort (Tarragona, July 25, 1970) was a football player in Sevilla FC, CD Tenerife, Real Madrid CF and Deportivo de la Coruña, among others. With these last two teams he had the privilege of winning four titles as one Spanish Cup, two Spanish Super Cups and the famous League in 2000 with Depor.

After finished his career in the 2006/07 season, Ramis became a coach at the Real Madrid CF youth academy. His first giant step on the bench came in 2016 when, after the promotion of Zinedine Zidane to the first team, the Catalan coach became the manager of Real Madrid Castilla.

In the following year he made the leap to professional football. Ramis was the coach of UD Almería a few months before to the end of the season and achieved the permanence in 2nd Division A. His great work as a trainer is already recognized by all the great clubs of our football and even more when last year, the season 2018/19, he completed a dream for Albacete Balompié, managing to play in the Play-off for promotion to LaLiga Santander.

 

His dominates the game, being his team the protagonist with the ball and pressing up to recover it as soon as possible.
