What seemed to be a dream became a reality tonight for Brahim. The offensive midfielder, 18 years old, debuted with Manchester City in Europe's most prestigious tournament, the Champions League, in the last minutes of the game against Feyenoord at Etihad Stadium (1-0).
It was a wonderful night and a well-deserved reward for Brahim, who came on to replace the only scorer of the game, Raheem Sterling. With one game left to play, Manchester City already secured the first place of the group table.
Pep Guardiola was delighted with the double debut of Brahim and Phil Foden. "A big congratulations to the Academy. The club should be proud. 17, 18 years old and making appearances in the UEFA Champions League", Pep said after the match.
