The European dream lives on

Granada CF and Villarreal CF are already among the top eight teams in the UEFA Europa League and are keeping their European dream very much alive.

The Andalusian team continues to build on its history in the continental territory, after spending just two LaLiga SmartBank seasons playing in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals. A tie in which the champions of the competition in 2017, Manchester United, will be measured and they will visit the "Theater of Dreams", where they will try to endure their European way.

To seal their place in this round, the team of Domingos Duarte and Alberto Soro beat Molde FK of Norway in a highly contested and suffering tie until the end (3-2 agg). It cost less to Villarreal CF, who beat FC Dinamo Kyiv by the same score (2-0) in the two games they have met.

The rival of Álex Baena's team in the quarter-finals will be GNK Dinamo. Both Andalusians and Castellón already know what their path will be until the grand final and both would not see each other until that final duel. It would be the final dreamed. Why not?
