William makes history

William Carvalho crowned inaugural UEFA Nations League with the Portuguese National Team.

The Iberian team has demonstrated why they are considered one of the best national teams in the world, after playing an immaculate Final Four. The Portuguese team beat Switzerland 3-1 in the semifinals and Netherlands 1-0 in the final. In both matches, Carvalho played a brilliant game.

With this title, William continues to make history and raise another cup for his country. The first was in 2016, when they hoisted the European Championship aloft in France. The Real Betis midfielder is one of the unquestionable members of the squad for coach, Fernando Santos.
