Francisco Javier Torralbo Zambrano

I was born on October 11, 1975 and grew up in Madrid, where I graduated from the AFE school. At the age of 16, I signed for Atletico, where the best part of my football career was developed in the lower categories, eventually ending-up up playing for Atletico B in the Second Division B. Later I played in Marbella, Moscardó, Móstoles and Toledo, where I finalized my career as a player and traded in my boots to take on the role of Club's Sporting Director.

Already focused on sports management, in my first year at Toledo CF, after a very good season, we won promotion to the Second Division B, and thanks to these results, I was given the opportunity to join a major institution with Real Madrid as National Head of Scouting. Subsequently, in 2012 I joined Media Base for a year and a half in what was to be a very satisfactory first stage.

Thanks to the visibility I obtained at Media Base, in the 2014-15 season, Real Madrid were once again knocking on my door to offer me the position of Recruitment Director. Last summer, 2016-17, the new owners of Granada CF gave me the opportunity to become the Club's Sporting Director in the 1st Division. And right now, I’ve recently undertaken a new stage in Media Base Sports.
